Price is modified by the choice of wood and finishing. To choose a custom depth in 1/4" increments, select the next highest depth and enter the custom depth in the text box below. Minimum depth for the Cottage style is 11".

If you want to decrease any dimension, specify the custom height, width or depth to the nearest 1/4 inch. If converting to a hutch, specify the height to the the top of the fixed shelf.

A flush side is one where the moulding is cut off even with the side so that it can fit next to a wall or another bookcase.

Arch or Cathedral tops are not available on mitered doors.

The hanging strip is a 3/4" thick piece of wood mounted inside that provides a more secure way to attach the bookcase to the wall. The wall-hanging option adds a hanging strip and makes the bottom rail the same width as the top rail. The finished bottom puts a flat bottom underneath, which looks better when it is mounted high on the wall.

A hutch will have a fixed shelf at your choice of height, one fewer adjustable shelf, and either crown moulding or the 3/4" thick finished top. Click for suggestions on fixed shelf height.

This option adds a fixed shelf at a height of your choosing. The shelf will be 3/4" thick, but the front rail will be 1-3/4" tall (Click to see examples). In the notes field, specify the height of the top of the shelf. The hutch option will automatically come with a fixed shelf without need for this option.
